Your Instructor
Kristin is an intuitively gifted healer, teacher, and transformation guide. She helps you breathe deeply, slow down, and re-member yourself, and come back into self-love and self-esteem. The practices she teaches will reconnect you to your Wild & Wise Self so that you can get back in your body, quiet your mind, and get back on your path.
She lives with her partner, two dogs and a cat in a log home on 20 acres just outside Olympic National Park.
